350z Bank 2 Cam Sensor

Hello i have a 2004 nissan 350z base model.

350z bank 2 cam sensor.

Does it have to be a nissan one or would the non genuine sensors work perfectly fine. I had the slip vdc off and check engine lights on. Cam sensor camshaft position sensor fits 237314m560 23731 al61a compatible with nissan nv1500 frontier pathfinder xterra quest maxima 350z altima infiniti fx35 g35 zbn. I ve found some sensors on ebay the genuine nissan parts are considerably dearer â 60 as opposed to other brands which are â 10 â 20 per sensor. This is the run down on how i replaced the cam and crank position sensors on the 350z the process applies to 03 06 350z s and 03 07 g3. 3 9 out of 5 stars 68. The code was p0340 camshaft position sensor bank 1 passenger side. The codes that are currently being thrown up are p1148 p1168 p1031 and p1051.

Scanned car came up with p0345 camshaft position sensor problem bank 2 i would say bank 2 is the pass. Ena set of 2 camshaft left right position sensors compatible with 2003 2016 infiniti nissa n 3 5l 4. I respond to every comment in this vid. Discussion starter 1 oct 19 2016.

About 6 months ago my 2003 z started having problems starting. Link to post share on other sites. Also feel free to comment any suggestions you have. I own a 2007 350z with the vq35hr engine millage is 40k engine light came on while driving around 40mph anything under 2 5k revs would splutter and hard to drive.

Joined oct 19 2016 1 posts. I have replaced the sensors and resetted the ecu and the codes still show. Also if i replace bank 1 should i replace bank 2 aswell. 2006 rev up models use two of these sensors one on each side of the engine driver exhaust passenger intake.
